Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of beauty and skincare products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be unopened

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene purposes, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Used hair products

  • Bath products that have been unsealed

  • Clearance or promotional items (if applicable)


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Include your order number and full name

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect (depending on your bank/payment provider).

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for eligible unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our side.

7. Important Notice

Because our products are made with natural and organic ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur. These natural variations do not qualify as defects.
